Improvements made to event history and child assets
Introduction
Get an overview of changes made on child assets in:
- View child assets
- View event history for child assets
View Child Assets
You can easily overview changes made on child assets in the form 'Child assets', which can be accessed from General > Asset details > Child assets. The Child assets form is an overview of direct child assets for the selected asset. You can filter to see only active child assets by selecting Current from the View button.

Event History
The event history is an important part of the asset details, as it informs the technician about all important events on the asset, e.g., request updates, work order updates, and faults.
To get an overview of changes made on assets:
- Go to Asset mangagement > Assets> All assets.
- From the list of assets, select the asset to view the event history, and from the top menu go to Asset > View > Event history.
- You will see the event history for the selected asset (see screenshot 01). Note that the entries in the Asset event history page are now sorted from newest to oldest.
