Reference to Work Order

The Work order field on Projects page allows you to view any work order maintenance job linked to the project. When viewing a project, this helps you easily navigate to the related work order, so you can open it in one click instead of searching for it manually.

The feature Dynaway - Project work order reference is available in the Feature management workspace (see screenshot 01) and is enabled by default. This feature automatically updates the reference to work orders in all relevant projects from the module Project management and accounting.

1. To view the related work order for a project, go to Project management and accounting > All projects.
2. Select the project and click on the relevant entry to go to the Project details page. On this page, scroll down to the Setup fast tab.
3. In the Work order (see screenshot 02) field, to quickly view the page with details of this work order, click the work order number hyperlink.
4. You will be directed to the work order page of the selected project.
