The Work order review functionality provides a consolidated view of key data required to close work orders efficiently. It shows data from active work orders with actual end date and time, and combines information from active work orders and their related maintenance jobs in a single overview.
- To view the Work order review form, go to Asset management > Inquiries > Work orders > Work order review.
- Security roles are assigned to access this form to ensure that authorized users can conveniently utilize this functionality as part of their work order management tasks. The following security roles have access to this form.
- Maintenance manager
- Maintenance clerk
- Maintenance worker
- On the Work order review page (see screenshot 01), you can see data from active work orders with actual end date and time, and work order maintenance jobs, all in a single overview.
- For maintenance downtime, the following information is shown:
- Maintenance downtime activities
- Maintenance downtime completed
- For forms, the following information is shown:
- Number of form fields
- Number of form fields completed
- For faults, the following information is shown:
- For maintenance checklists, the following information is shown:
- Lines
- Lines not applicable
- Lines checked
- Lines failed
- Lines resolved (only if you have license for Dynaway advanced maintenance checklists)
- Lines with attachments
- For projects, the following information is shown:
- Hours posted
- Total costs
- Purchase status
