Review and resolve failed maintenance checklist lines by creating a new maintenance request, creating a new work order, and by manually adding a note.
With the Checklist Review functionality, it's possible to review and resolve failed maintenance checklist lines in three possible ways:
To review the failed checklist lines, navigate to:
If you choose the Create maintenance request button, you need to fill in all relevant information for the request. This will resolve the maintenance checklist line.
In cases where you don't provide a description for the new maintenance request, a default description will be used.
For a Maintenance checklist line of the type Variable, the description will be:
For a Maintenance checklist line of the type Measurement, the description will be:
If you choose the Create work order button, you need to fill in all relevant information for the work order. This will resolve the maintenance checklist line.
In cases where you don't provide a description for the new work order, a default description will be used.

The new work order will be created as a related work order to the work order pointing to the selected maintenance checklist line. Note that Maintenance Checklist Actions which create automatically related work orders or maintenance requests for maintenance checklist lines, automatically resolve the failed maintenance checklist lines.
If you choose Resolve manually, a new dialog will open where you need to put in a note. It's possible to select multiple lines, click Resolve manually and resolve all the selected lines manually by putting in one note.
All resolved maintenance checklist lines can be reviewed by navigating to Asset management > Inquiries > Maintenance checklists > Maintenance checklist review - resolved.
Here, it's possible to check how the specific maintenance checklist line has been resolved. It's possible to see who resolved the line, when it was resolved and which maintenance request, work order or note resolved it.
