Add default Checklist to Work Order Category

A possibility to add default form templates to Work Order Category

For checklists

If Work Order Category is marked as Inspection (Safe Work) !image-2021-10-06-16-25-46-528.png|width=390,height=131!

Using created Work Order Categories will add checklists to the Work Order/Round Plan automatically.
