Showing Counter daily registrations on the chart

The Show Daily Registration Chart button is added to the ribbon on the Counters list.

The button opens a chart with all readings and shows the graph of daily readings for the chosen counter.

When there was a reading for any day - it can be inspected by hovering the cursor over the register.

When there was a day with reading and the day after without - the '0' value is added to the second day.

When there was a day with reading and the day before without - the '0' value is added to the previous day. 

Thanks to this - the straight line is created between '0' readings.

When the last reading was in the past, and till this day there is no reading - the straight line is created with '0' value. The last created '0' value is for the day before (the screenshot was taken on 14.12.2021).
