Ability to mount many counters to the asset
The user can mount more than one counter on the Asset by specifying the Counter Category Code and Counter No. which is using the chosen counter category.
Mounting a counter the user must specify the reading from which the counter is being mounted on the asset.
The user can dismount a counter from the asset.
The user can not remove the counter category from the asset if there is any reading done on this asset for this counter category.
