Import Counter Frequencies on Work Order Plans

DBC-1729

Template used in the Migrate work order plans (in the Assisted Setup) updated with a possibility to specify Counter frequency.

The template contains new fields.

Counter Category Code specifies the existing counter category code in the system.

Counter Frequency specifies the values of the counter between triggers of the work order.

Min. Counter Reading specifies before what value counter frequency must not be triggered.

After importing the data, the new WOP should be set up properly.
