Copy Maintenance Budget

DBC-1971

The user has the possibility to copy an existing budget.

Being on the budget card (of any budget) - the user can use the button Copy Budget.

It will trigger the  Copy Maintenance Budget functionality.

Here the user must specify from which database* will be copied, and which budget** it will be applied to.

*Maintenance Budget Entry/Work Order Ledger Entries

**it should be existing budget with the same setup as the source of the copy. It may, or may not contain data.

Other filters in Copy from area can be applied (like Asset No., Asset Category or Date).

The user can specify Adjustment Factor and Date Change Formula in the Copy to area.
