Specify the recurrence period when importing work order plan

A new field to the template used in the migration of Work Order Plans is added.

The number given in Recurs Every is specifying the interval between occurrences of a given frequency (in given example - 17 weeks).

After migration, this number is given in the proper place (screenshot as an example).

Leaving this field blank will set up 1* as a default value.

*3 - if the chosen frequency is 'quarterly'.
