Time registered on the Work Center or Machine Center updates the counter
To the counter, there have been added fields allowing to connect Work Center or Machine Center and define if the counter is responsible for the Unit or Run Time registration.
It is possible to set the connection only when the counter is type Relative.
After posting the output quantity or run time on production order the counter journal will be filled with proper values. In the External Document No. field the production order number will be added.
The journal later needs to be reviewed and posted manually.
It is possible to set on Asset Management Setup (in the Manufacturing FastTab) which Counter Journal Template and Counter Journal Batch should be used to collect the entries. This is a mandatory setup if those entries should be added to the counter journal automatically.
