Work Orders are automatically created after measurement reading registration

A new option was added to Asset Setup Management.

When 'on' every time the measurement is registered, and there is any frequency not triggered yet for this measurement but the reading should trigger it - the new Work Order is being created automatically without the user's interaction.

If there is any Work Order which must be rescheduled because of the reading - it is not rescheduled automatically and the user still must accept it manually (for example by using Planning Worksheet).

The measurement from API is also supported.

IMPORTANT! If this button is on - every user who is registering a measurement (it does not matter where in EAM or different app like Manufacturing) - must be set up as a Maintenance Employee.
