Job related fields shown on Consumption Report

A new data added to the Consumption on Work Orders report. 

In the report - job related data can be shown (Job No. and Job Task No.).

An option (to specify if job related fields will be added to the report) added to the report creator.

Consumption on Work Orders button added to the Job Card.

Opening the report creator from the Job Card is set up automatically to show job related fields and filtered for the current record (Job).
