Work Order and Round Plan Status field is shown on Green when not released and bold when released

On the Work Order Plan and Round Plan card the status is shown in the proper style.

'Open' status is shown in the green bold style.

'Released' status is shown in the black bold style.

'Closed' status is shown without any formatting.
