Work Order Printout contains Expenses lines

When the user is creating a printout for Work Order - expenses are visible on the printout when they are available on the Work Order expense lines.

When the printout for Work Order with expenses is created - expenses are visible on the printout.

When the Work Order does not have expenses - this part (about expenses) will not be shown on the printout.
