Show simulated downtime based on Work Order Plans
When the user creates simulations of Work Orders in the system - if any Work Order Plan was set up with a creation of the Downtime - the Simulated Downtime Entries are created. \
If the Asset is connected to Work Center or Machine Center - the information is added to the Simulated Downtime Entries list.
From the list - Work Order Plan and Asset Card can be open.
