Define Asset as a Tool
On the Asset Card the user can specify if the Asset is an 'asset' type or a 'tool' type.
Similar field is added to the asset category card.
Using this category on the Asset Card will automatically specify the type of the asset.
On the Assets lists a new filter is added. Selected will show only Assets with the 'tool' type on the list.
When the Asset is set up with a type Tool - the new tab is shown - Tool.
The user can check:
- what is the maximum handout time (in days) for this tool (this value can be changed manually)
- if the tool is currently in use by any employee
- who is using the tool right now
