Register returning of the tool

On the Role Center (for Manager and Technician) there is added action and the list, where the tool can be returned. 

When the new Tool Handout card is open.

• No. is applied from the Asset Setup Management
• Returned By can be selected from all Employees in the company
• Employee Name is calculated based on the selected employee
• Register Date-Time is calculated automatically based on the time of opening the page (can be changed manually)
• Note (in Show More) is empty, but the user can add a note if it is needed

The user can add a tool that will be returned.

When selected - the list with only open Tool Entries where the employee added to the Returned By is Handed To are visible.

Selected records will be added to the line (and its children if added to the handout).

The user can add notes to the line and specify if the tool needs repair.

There is no possibility of removing children from the list (only parents can be removed).

The user can take and add pictures to the return and also show already added pictures.

When everything is set up correctly the user can register the return.

When the return is registered:

• the new record is created in the Registered Tool Returns
• on the Asset Card, there is information that the tool is currently not in use
