Possibility to change many frequencies for the plans in one window.
You have a possibility to update frequencies from work order plans in bulk. To do this go to Work Order Plans list and select work order plans for which you want to update frequency.
Select Update Frequencies from the toolbar*.
*selected records must be in status 'Open'.
*if you select only one record - Update Frequencies will open the list of frequencies from all open plans, if you select two (or more records) - you will open a list with frequencies only from selected records.
To update frequencies in bulk:
- select frequencies that you want to update
- select Update Frequency action from the toolbar
- add needed data
You can only edit frequencies with the same type.
One-Off Frequency
Update the planned date for the frequency.
Calendar Frequency
Update Recurrence Schedule for the calendar frequency.
Counter Frequencies
You can only update counter frequencies with the same Counter Category.

Measurement Frequencies
If the frequencies have mutual measurements you can:
- update Measurement No.
- update Filter Expression
If you will remove Measurement No. and leave this field blank - you will be able to update only Filter Expression - new value will be applied to all selected frequencies.
If the frequencies have mutual measurements you can:
- update Filter Expression (only)
Updated Filter Expression will be applied to all selected frequencies.
Limitations
- you can only edit frequency on Work Order Plan with Status 'Open'
- you can not change Corrective Maintenance with this function
- you can not change the Frequency Type
- being on the Work Order Plan you can always change description - with this function you can not change description in bulk
