Scheduling board shows operations that take more than one day
The Scheduling Board has two new levels of operating:
Advanced Planning is on on the Asset Management Setup
Planning by Hours is on on the Scheduling Board Setup
When only Advanced Planning is on:
blocks are representing the work order (resource) line, where the starting/ending dates are taken from the line
moving one block is not changing the starting/ending blocks of resource lines from the same work order
starting/ending time (even if set up on the line) are not taken into consideration - blocks are planned from the 1:30 to 20:30
if more than one lines for the same day exist (only 'one day job') - when shown horizontally, only these blocks are impacted
if Latest Finish Date is shown and calculated - the block has highlighted area where starting and finishing will be in the expected time scope
Edit Schedule (from the context menu) contains new fields from the new functionality
for now, if the line is planned for more than one day - quantity of this line is shown only for the first day
Overdue Work Order means that Resource Line is going to be finished before today or after Latest Finish Date
when the time scope for the latest finish date is highlighted - it is taking into consideration the length of the block - it is showing when it can be 'dropped' and still be finished before latest finish date - in this mode - days are taken into consideration
When Planning by Hours is on:
possibility to show Work Orders Horizontally is disabled (if was set up by any user - activating Planning by Hours will switch off this function for all users)
time is visible on the Scheduling Board (zoom might be needed)
blocks are placed based on the starting/ending date, but also starting/ending time from the line
line that was showing the current date is showing the current date time - IMPORTANT - line is created when the Scheduling Board is open - it is not changing when time flies
when the time scope for the latest finish date is highlighted - it is taking into consideration the length of the block - it is showing when it can be 'dropped' and still be finished before latest finish date - in this mode - hours are taken into consideration
Overdue Work Order means that Resource Line is going to be finished before current date time or after Latest Finish Date (23:59:59)
Simulations do not have starting and ending time - are created for whole day/days
