Report Safety Incident
There is a possibility to report a Safety Incident. Users can navigate to the Safety Incidents list via the tab on the toolbar or by simply looking for it in Tell Me.
The Safety Incidents list shows all registered Safety Incidents. Users can add, edit or delete Safety Incidents. It is not possible to remove a Safety Incident which is closed.
On the Safety Incident Card user can add details regarding a Safety Incident. Default Incident Status is added automatically, it determines the state of the Incident. Default Incident Type is also added automatically. In Additional information FastTab there are details about who and when created or closed the incident.
