Ability to add to the Safety Incident Corrective Actions
There is a possibility to add Corrective Actions to the Safety Incident card. Corrective Actions can be added by choosing a Code of corrective action from a Safety Incident Corrective Action list by code or just specifying a Description of corrective action. The Description of the action is a mandatory field, when choosing a code the description will be filled in automatically. On the line can be also added Person Responsible for corrective action, Planned Date of corrective action, Actual Date of corrective action, Status of corrective action, and Notes regarding corrective action.
