Ability to add to the Safety Incident Treatment types
There is a possibility to add Treatments to the Safety Incident card. Treatment can be added by choosing the Code of treatment from the Safety Incident Treatment type list or by specifying only the Description of treatment if it does not exist on the list. The Description is a mandatory field on the line, when choosing a code the description will be filled in automatically. On the line can be also added the Date when the treatment occurred, information if an Emergency Room Visit or Overnight Stay were necessary, Treatment Comment, Treatment Facility, and Treatment Details. !image-2022-09-09-13-46-24-400.png|width=902,height=89!
