View of completed forms is the same as before submit
There is now a possibility to view completed forms. On the Completed Forms page choose one of the completed forms, and look for Form to open a view of the completed form. The completed form is viewed almost exactly in the same way as before submitting it but without the possibility to edit.
There is also a possibility to view completed checklists on Work Orders, Round Orders, Asset Transfers**, Permits to Work,* etc. The completed form can be viewed by selecting the Completed field in the Checklist* section or by selecting the button right next to the field.
By default opening the completed form, either way, will show you the answers that were given, but you can specify that selecting the button will show the form view. This can be set up in Forms Setup, by enabling Preview of Completed Forms.
