On the Work Order Plan, you can add a form template that will be a checklist after closing the work order created from this plan. Form template that you can use must be specified with the type related to the Work Order Checklists type.
When the Work Order is closed - the relevant checklist will be added to the Posted Work Order card.
From that place, you can fill in the checklist. It works as other checklists - it might trigger additional ones if it is set up in the form template of this checklist.
