On the Round Plan, you can specify the Vendor No. On the Round Order card there is also a hidden field with the vendor maintenance email (value is automatically taken from the vendor when you are defining vendor no. on the plan).
From the round order card, you can send an email with the printout of the document.
In the toolbar you can find two actions:
Send - action is creating an email with a default layout (which can be changed if you want to) - a printout of the document is automatically attached to the prepared email
If there is a vendor with its maintenance email - this email will be used as a recipient email
Sent Emails - with that you can check all emails that were sent directly from this document
