Work Order description is taken from Request Description
When you create a Work Order from a Maintenance Request, the Request Description can be automatically copied to the Work Order Description. To enable this option, go to the Maintenance Requests Setup page and select Copy Description to Work Order.
With this setting on, during the creation of a Work Order from the Maintenance Request card, the Description of the Maintenance Request will be automatically copied to the Work Order, that is being created.
