Ability to define the order in lockout document

In the Safe Work you can set up the rule for all new lockouts and lockout templates document.

Processing Order Checked - defines if the order of locking lines on the lockout must be processed in the correct order. Unlocking Order Reversed - defines if unlocking must be done in reversed order as locking order.

From now - when set up on the lockout (or lockout template) - processing order is applied to each new added line.

You can control order by using Move Up/Move Down action.

When the order is checked - every time when someone will process the wrong line - the error will be raised.
