Asset Category Item Management Enhancement
On the Asset Category Card you can set up default maintenance Items that are typical for assets that is included in this group (category).
These items are automatically applied to the asset (as asset items) when the asset category is specified on the asset.
On the asset category card you can also find an action to update items on all assets with this category.
Asset Items that are inherited from the asset category might be removed when the asset category is changed.
When you are changing the asset category - you will be asked if you want to delete items that are inherited from the asset category.
If you select:
Yes - these items will be removed
No - these item will be still on the asset
When you are applying category where for example used item is already on the asset - this item will be not duplicated or changed on the asset record.
