Automated Closure of Maintenance Requests upon Work Order Completion
From now you can define if the Maintenance Request should get a dedicated status, after the Work Order is created for it. First of all, you have to choose which status should be assigned to Maintenance Request, when the Work Order is created.
If no status is assigned, then the Maintenance Request Status won't be changed after Work Order is created.
On the Maintenance Request card, when you create a Work Order and there is no Work Orders related to it or every Work Order is closed, the Maintenance Request Status will be changed to the one chosen in setup.
What's more, you can define what Status Maintenance Request should have when the last Work Order connected to it is closed.
If no status is assigned, then the Maintenance Request Status won't be changed after Work Order is closed.
