Adding Additional Assets to Work Order Group Without Reopening
You can add assets to already created and released work order group, without reopening the whole document. To do this - just add assets (as you usually do) to the work order group.
On the asset list in the group new asset should be visible.
On the document the number of pending assets should be updated.
Right now just select Release Pending action. It will release all pending assets - work order plans for these assets will be created and released.
The Release Invalid action works the same as Release Pending - but it is taking into consideration only invalid lines.
Release Pending and Release Invalid are focusing only on these specific assets - not the whole document. So you can easily release only needed data without releasing once again the whole document.
