Maintenance Employee Posting Setup Options
You can control the user if a specific person has a possibility to post the consumption (resources, items or expenses) or close the document - on work/round orders or maintenance tasks.
You can set up on the Maintenance Employees list.
Post/Close - the user has full access to posting and closing documents
Post - the user can only post the consumption on the document
Close - the user can only close the document
Prohibited - the user can not post the consumption or close the document
Related buttons about posting or closing are visible only when the particular action is allowed for the current user.
