New Question Type "Signature" for Form Templates

DBC-3303

Question type Signature was added to the Form Template and allows to collect a signature of person on the Forms.

You have to select Signature question type and you will have and option to collect a signature via touch screen on your mobile device.

After signing the form, you can Save the signature or Clear it and collect it again.
