Document Visibility and Upload on Contractor Portal Work Order Screen
Users on the Contractor Portal can see documents, that are added to the Orders. In Business Central managers can select, which documents are visible on the Portal, by setting the Visible on Portal field to true. It can be done directly from the Work Order by selecting Show Documents, then select the line and run action Show on Portal.
On the Contractor Portal user will see only documents marked as Visible on Portal.
What's more Contractor Portal Users can upload files to Business Central. Select the action Add File and upload the file.
