Work Order Status Management by Vendor on Contractor Portal
Contractor Portal users can update Order status from the dropdown menu. Vendor users can only see the statuses, that they were allowed to use in Business Central on the Advanced Maintenance Statuses list, statuses must be set as Available for External Users to be available to Contractor Portal users.
