You can now preserve work order status and advanced status information when work orders, round orders, and maintenance tasks are posted to their respective historical records. This enhancement ensures complete audit trails and better reporting capabilities for maintenance workflow analysis.
The status information is automatically preserved during the posting process and becomes available in Posted Work Orders, Posted Round Orders, and Posted Maintenance Tasks for historical reference and reporting purposes.
