Change one or more maintenance request types
Introduction
This functionality allows you to change one or more maintenance request types at the same time.
Change Maintenance Request Type
Setup
- Go to System administration > Setup > License configuration.
- From License Configuration, enable the configuration key Dynaway Data Manipulation Toolbox.
Changing Maintenance Request Type
- In the 'All maintenance requests' form, select one or more maintenance requests which you want to change the type for.
- Select Maintain > Change maintenance request type.
- A dialog then opens in which you need to select the new maintenance request type in the field 'New maintenance request type' as seen in screenshot 01 below.
- Click OK to save your changes.
After saving your changes, a validation is performed to check whether the new maintenance request type has a lifecycle model that contains the current maintenance request lifecycle state.
