Permissions in the Forms module have been redesigned and simplified. The "Forms worker" security role has been removed. The two security roles below are available:
Forms manager - can edit forms setup (e.g. create form templates) and process forms (e.g. change lifecycle state for form).
Form user - can process forms (e.g. change lifecycle state for form) but cannot edit forms setup (this role grants only view permissions to forms setup).
