Forms - Grid view is not applied for forms menu items when only one form exists

Fixed an issue related to the fact that after opening "All forms" (Forms > Forms > All forms) or "Active forms" (Forms > Forms > Active forms), menu items in the situation when only one form in legal entity existed, the user could see details of this one form instead of grid with this form.
