Asset Service Management - Service Contracts
Service contracts are now available as a part of a new product "Asset Service Management". Service contracts allow you to specify conditions for maintenance of customer assets. You can provide information about what assets are maintained, what services are provided for them, what the attributes (e.g. availablity) are of each specified service, who the contact persons are from the customer side etc.
