Safe Work - LOTO - Fixed Duplicate Record Error when Creating LOTO without Plan Line Type
A bug has been fixed related to duplicate record error when creating LOTO without plan line types set up in the system. Additionally, when creating a new version of plan line template, connected templates are now copied correctly from old version of plan line template to the new version.
