Mobile - Fixed Capacity Reservations Have Incorrect Reference Type

A bug has been fixed in relation to reference type of capacity reservations created when scheduling maintenance jobs in mobile apps. When Microsoft feature "Work order billing" is enabled, then capacity reservations created from mobile apps have reference type "Maintenance" instead of "Project activity", which ensures that they are handled correctly e.g. when deleting schedule lines.
