Button "Check all" in page "Setup steps" is not refreshed after securing LOTO

Safe Work - Fixed "Check All" Button in "Setup Steps" Page

Fixed a bug where clicking "Check all" in the Setup steps page checked all setup steps, but the button remained enabled. Now, the button is correctly disabled after all steps are selected.
