Advanced Maintenance Checklists - Fixed Incorrect Date and Time Value Displayed in Event History

Fixed a bug where an incorrect date and time value from the work order checklist was displayed in the work order event history. Now, the user's time zone setup on the user is applied to date and time values, ensuring that the date and time values in the work order event history matches the one in work order checklist.
