Create Prototype for Checklist Review

New "Maintenance checklist review" form has been provided. In this form it is possible to review and resolve failed maintenance checklist lines in one of the three ways:

by creating new maintenance request,
by creating new work order,
by adding note (manually).

All failed maintenance checklist lines which have been resolved are displayed in new "Maintenance checklist review - resolved" form.
