Added a new license and module configuration for enabling an enhanced barcode and QR scanning module to use if there are issues recognizing barcode or QR codes.
If the module configuration is General > Enhanced barcode and QR scanning is enabled the application will use the new module when the user selects to scan a barcode or QR code.
