Added support for two new module configurations to manage saved searches.
The configuration General > Manage saved search lists will let the user create and update saved searches. The default value is true to not change the access as they are before this release.
The configuration Work execution > Search will limit the access to searching online by keyword or scanning. This only has effect on the work execution application.
