If the user sets up more than one language in LOTO step in Asset Management > Setup > LOTO > Step Languages, a new option will be available in LOTO details to change the language used for step instructions.
For this reason, the Plan line edit page now includes the ability to change the step language while editing Setup and Removal steps.
