Small UI issue on edit plan line

DMO-11221

• Fixed UI issues related to the Delete button and accordion in the Planline and Step title.
• Implemented auto-focus on the newly added step line when clicking "Add Setup Step" or "Add Removal Step".
• Ensured that when a new step or another step is opened, the previously opened step collapses.
