Error information s not completely visible

• Error messages will now be displayed centered within a modal.
• The error messages have been split for better alignment and visual clarity.
• For backend errors, a copy button has been provided to copy the errors.
• The loading spinner has been re-positioned to be in the same position as the error. 
• Updated to hide shell when loading is in progress.
• Updated to hide sorting if no entity is available in search lists.
• Added a refresh button in search lists. 
• Fixed a bug where empty results were not shown correctly on PDF reports.
